Exculptation

MUST LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the sale, purchase, or use of any of our Products.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

General Terms

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MUST LLC and supersede any prior agreement or understanding, whether written or oral, related to the subject matter of these Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.
