At MUST LLC, we strive to provide the best customer service and satisfaction possible. However, due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final and we do not accept any returns or refunds.

We reserve the right to deny refunds and returns for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Products that have been damaged, misused, or altered in any way.
  • Products that have been purchased more than 30 days prior to the request for a refund.
  • Products that have been lost, seized, or misdelivered
  • Products that do not meet the customer’s expectations
  • Services that have been rendered but not used.
